The new message board allows users to post thier picture or avatar that fits thier theme. The new board format will allow users to access the other websites that are on the NorN network. There will be NO advertisements & NO pop-ups with this new format.

After careful consideration as to the costs involved to create a quality board with no commercials or pop-up windows, a minimal fee of $5.00 is announced for annual registration for unlimited posting.
